this is a man who i had the distinct pleasure of working with at 4a's Classic Tattoos in raleigh, nc. he doesn't tattoo, but rather helps around the shop, talks to customers, and that sort of thing. at almost 80 years old, he has many a story to tell, and still gets tattooed regularly. this image was actually an subscription add that ran in "ITA" for a long time...i just photocopied the page and colored over it in marker and colored pencils...whallah, instant mantle piece for "world famous will rogers."
